Below will be an organized collection of ideas on what I want drawn.
Anybody interested can take on an AVAILABLE or NEW project and reserve a spot (also it lets pending artists know what I really want instead of just drawing random pics of Xull all the time).
This isn't just for my watchers, any friends you have that accept commissions are welcome to browse and reserve as well!
Please note that my buying commissions at this time is still CLOSED. Right now this is just a list of the trapped ideas in my head. Things will remain RESERVED until I can let the artist know that I can pay them.
An artist may comment and/or leave a note if they are interested in a project, just let me know which one so I may put you on the list as reserved, so others know the spot is taken.
-----------------------------------------
DON'T BE GREEDY! don't take multiple slots unless you are comfortable with the workload and that it may take me awhile to pay for each piece you take on. The point to most of these projects is to help artists, but providing ME with a variety of styles.
I'll hire artists full time if they desire, if this is the case we need to work out details and possibly a contract. I've had two propositions so far and it's working so far.
Just keep in mind to give other artists a chance too.
RECAP
When you contact me please include:
--The project or piece that interests you
--How much you'll do it for
--Your payment method
PLEASE be as detailed as possible. If you want multiple projects, name EACH one. Give me the breakdown of your price (backgrounds, media types, multiple characters ect.). Your address or email, depending on payment method and whether or not it's to be paid all at once or in segments.
WHAT I PREFER
These options can be haggled, but I am letting you know what would be easiest for me before you take on work.
---I like to pay by paypal - it's fast and easy and doesn't involve effort of stamps and envelops.
---If your price is above $50, I would like to pay half up front and half when it's complete. If it's over $100 I prefer paying in installments. Why? Because YOU are contacting ME. YOU are letting me know you WANT to work for me. In return you can work at your own pace. Artists always say how they have been burned....
well so have I. If you want all my money up front beyond $50 then I will expect a month deadline and progress updates once a week and changes if I ask for them.
STILL AVAILABLE

A series: Drawing the different drow fighting styles.
ALL ARE AVAILABLE
Jivvin Golhyrr Similar in some ways to the kyorlin plynn style, the jivvin golhyrr style is a defensive style that relies on weaknesses in the enemy's performance to cause them to stumble and fall, making them more vulnerable to later attacks and emulating a position of weakness. The name means "amusing trick" and comes from the cruel drow's appreciation for placing another in the humiliating position of a slave or other subservient being. Very skilled drow like to humble their enemies before making the killing stroke, and clerics of Lolth are fond of this style for that reason. Students of the jivvin golhyrr often study the kyorlin plynn, and vice versa.
Kyone Veldrin All dark elves have the ability to create darkness as a spell-like ability, and while all of them learn how to use it to surprise, annoy, and separate foes, as few of them study the style kyone veldrin, which means "alert in the shadows." Students of this style can pinpoint the location of enemies in the middle of absolute darkness and strike them with amazing accuracy despite their effective blindness. Normally teams of specialists from this style and the luth alur style group together to form special attack teams, with the kyone veldrin fighting within the globes of darkness and the luth alur shooting to death any enemies that leave the darkness.
Kyorlin Plynn Conservative dark elf fighters and those who either need to capture opponents alive (usually for interrogation) or just enjoy humiliating their opponents use the kyorlin plynn style, which means "watch and take." The style uses defensive tactics and efficient methods of disarming to delay opponents and negate their ability to fight effectively. Many drow fighting groups have at least one kyorlin plynn practitioner on hand to deal with the most powerful member of an enemy team; that drow keeps the tough opponent busy until his allies have dealt with the rest of the enemy forces and can then team up to defeat the difficult opponent. Many priestesses of Lolth learn this style because they like taking captives for torture and sacrifice.
Luth Alur Dark elves are as frail as surface elves, and some prefer to stay out of immediate danger when there is fighting. The luth alur style, which means "superior shooting," is perfect for them since it allows them to strike down foes with deadly accuracy without ever being in harm's way themselves. This style requires a sharp eye and steady hands. The rare drow that use a conventional bow sometimes even learn to fire more rapidly than normal, but since such a trick is very difficult with the standard dark elf ranged weapon (a hand crossbow) that such feats are rarely seen. Most dark elf war parties have at least two luth alur warriors, and in full-scale wars there are entire squadrons of warriors using this style. These warriors usually attack enemy forces from ambush.
Orb Alur The orb alur style combines the best elements of bautha z'hin and kyorlin plynn, and it takes a long time to master. Called the "superior spider," the style emphasizes great sweeping maneuvers that allow its practitioners to strike many opponents with minimal effort. Normally they tumble or leap their way into the middle of a group of enemies and (if successful) cut them all down with a single stroke. This has a debilitating effect on enemy morale and often leads to retreats by enemy forces; as such, practitioners of the orb alur are greatly valued by drow noble houses and receive many privileges.
Phindar Streeaka The phindar streeaka style is not technically a combat style, but it's more of a mindset when entering combat. It means "mindless recklessness," and it is the name that dark elves give to the rare drow berserkers. Because it lacks finesse and exposes the underlying chaos in drow society for all to see, it is an unpopular style. Normally only smaller and more primitive colonies of drow or those who worship the strange dark elf god Ghaunadaur, master of oozes and slimes, use it. The phindar streeaka cannot use abilities that require intellect over brute force, and so many of them use the techniques common in the z'ress a'thalak style, although to say they study that style is a misnomer.
Sargh'elgg The sargh'elgg style has simple elements but requires extensive training to master. It is used with light weapons or the traditional drow rapier, and it is designed to get the most out of these weapons and the naturally superior dark elf dexterity. The name means "valor in slaying," which is an overly-inflated title created to give some measure of confidence to those whose poor skills leave this as their only choice. Some martially-minded sorcerers and wizards learn the basics of this style, and because Kiaransalee, Lolth, and Vhaeraun all have favored weapons suitable for the sargh'elgg, it is practiced by many clerics as well. This is the most common fighting style used by a typical low-rank drow guard. (Essentially, that's anyone with no more than the standard amount of training given to a dark elf common soldier.)
Ust Sreen The simple combat style called ust sreen, which means "first danger," emphasizes fast reactions to the appearance of enemies. Because vigilance is a constant state in drow society, this is normally a basic series of lessons taught at drow academies and is usually combined with another style, since fast reflexes aren't terribly useful when not backed up by other skills. Normally at least one drow trained in this style is present in any scouting group and carries a hand crossbow loaded with sleep poison to eliminate one opponent early before the drow's allies can react.
Z'har Thalack The z'har thalack style, which means "riding war," was developed for the mounted dark elf patrols and deals with the difficulties and opportunities of fighting while mounted. As drow normally ride wall-crawling lizards, special tricks available to those who can maneuver in a three-dimensional manner through the Underdark put the mounted soldiers at an advantage compared to grounded troops. Berg'inyon Baenre, head of the lizard riders of house Baenre, fights with this style, which makes his death lance (a long lance crafted with powerful death magic) even more lethal.
Z'ress A'thalak The z'ress a'thalak style, which means "force of war," is uncommon among dark elves because few have the physical strength needed to learn all of the necessary maneuvers. Students of this style sacrifice accuracy for power and learn how to cut through the body of a falling foe to strike another enemy, or even shatter enemy weapons with a single blow. Menzoberranzan's Uthegental Del'Armgo, weapon master of house Del'Armgo, was a practitioner of this style. Drow that fight this way normally prefer heavier weapons such as longswords, hammers, and axes to the lighter weapons (such as rapiers) used by most drow. Devout worshipers of Selvetarm (a male drow deity of combat worshipped only in cities that worship Lolth; he is completely overshadowed by the Spider Queen) commonly use this style.

ALL ARE AVAILABLE
Menzobarrazan The city occupies a roughly arrowhead-shaped cavern, with the pool of Donigarten at its tip, two miles across at its widest point. The ceiling rises a thousand feet and the cavern floor is studded with stalagmites and lesser pillars. The drow have transformed the speleothems into row upon row of carved, spired stone castles, their salient points and sculpted highlights lit by the soft, tinted flows of permanent faerie fires. With one notable exception (Narbondel, see below), no stone has been left in its natural shape--everything has been worked into a smooth, unbroken, unjointed expanse.
The city contains distinct districts, each occupied by members of specific station. Qu'ellarz'orl, also known as the Place of Nobles or "the House-Loft", is a raised plateau in the southwestern corner of the city, shielded from the lower city by a forest of giant mushrooms. It is in turn dominated by a higher plateau holding the vast House Baenre complex. Narbondellyn, home to the most ambitious noble houses, arcs along the base of Qu'ellarz'orl's slopes, while the West Wall area is home to older, established noble houses.
Lesser districts include Duthcloim, home to well-off commoners and wealthy non-drow; the Bazaar, an ongoing trade fair; Eastmyr, home to drow commoners, including mercenaries and lesser merchants; the Braeryn, home to Menzoberranzan's unwanted drow and other races; and Donigarten, home of rich fungi farms and the small lake described below.
Narbondel is the great natural rock pillar at the center of Menzoberranzan connecting floor and celing in a massive shaft. At the end of each day, the city's ranking archmage casts a fire spell into its base. The heat created by the powerful dweomer is conducted slowly upward through the stone, until all of Narbondel glows red to the infravison of the drow. Then it fades rapidly to darkness. This is known in the city as "the black death of Narbondel", and the time when the archmage casts his fire spell anew corresponds to midnight in the surface world.
Tier Breche, also known as the Academy, is located in a side cavern on the northern edge of the city, accessed by a massive stone stairway. The Academy is composed of three schools: the pyramid-shaped Melee-Magthere for warriors, the sculpted stalagmite tower of Sorcere for wizards, and the spider-shaped temple of Arach-Tinilith where the clergy of Lolth (referred to as Lloth in Menzoberranzan) are trained.
At the east end of Menzoberranzan lays Donigarten, a natural pond set in the smoothest, lowest end of the city's cavern. Its chill waters cultivate moss beds, irrigate fungi dungfields, nourish fish and eels, and serve as the city's reservoir. The Isle of Rothe is home to a herd of deep rothe tended by humanoid slave shepherds.
Sshamath The City of Dark Weavings has been strangely compared to the interior of a massive pumpkin. A vast central cavern, bedecked with thousands of slender stalactites, stalagmites, and columns that stretch from floor to ceiling, creates a three-dimensional web of rock navigable only by those capable of flight or levitation or by those undeterred by passage across delicate stone bridges barely the width of a drow's foot. Magically altered speleothems are packed so closely that few sight lines exist across the city. As a result, it is difficult to find a vantage point from which even a fraction of the city's artistry can be admired. Sshamath retains many traditional drow architectural elements, but with a greater emphasis on personal towers as opposed to noble families' compounds. Individual dwellings are carved into the heart of massive stalactites and stalagmites alike, every aspect of which has been transformed by Stone Shape spells into twisted spires of magical artistry. Of particular note is the fact that Sshamath is alive with the faint, flickering light of continual faerie fire spells and their sorcerous equivalents. In an unending effort to outdo one another in magical artistry, Sshamath's sorcerers have created an oasis of vibrant color to rival the most brilliant sunset. While Sshamath's inhabitants are adapted to the relatively bright ambient light, representatives of other Underdark settlements are rarely so acclimated and thus are at somewhat of a disadvantage during trade negotiations.
At the heart of Sshamath stands the great column known as Z'orr'bauth. A wide, steep ramp spirals around the outside of this great rock tower, winding past thousands of slim stone bridges that extend from Z'orr'bauth to the surrounding forest speleothems. Visitors to Sshamath are expected to arrive in the entrance cavern at the top of Z'orr'bauth and make their way into the city down the ramp. Teleporting directly into the city is officially prohibited, although secretly tolerated for well-known visitors and the city's elite. Tunnels into the city from anywhere else are blocked by wards woven millennia ago by Sshamath's most powerful wizards. Nevertheless, rumors persist of ancient, secret passageways, which were constructed before the barriers, leading into the hearts of the city's greatest towers.

As you can see there is plenty for anyone.

Some need lots of details so if you want a project I will send all info available. Anyone drawing scenes for the logs, please draw as closely to the description/segments I give you, otherwise it won't be an accurate illistration and I WANT my money's worth!
When you reserve, I will let you know any details you need and when I can pay (this will depend on your prices and my availability on money).
Remember, I want paypal users as a MAIN form of payment. If you can't, when you contact me, let me know the payment method you prefer and we'll haggle from there. Reserved means you won't begin right away unless you want to BUT I may not be able to pay right away, so when you get in touch with me please state your price for the project or piece in question.
Consider my preferences like a contract. I expect to get what I want, you expect to get paid for your effort.
Nothing is set in stone until both I and the artist agree on all options and terms, this may take many e-mails or notes but I want us both happy.
I will contact the artist twice.
1. The first time to give them the details of the piece. This is to ensure you really want to do the project and that you know the level of complexity ahead of time.
2. When I am ready to proceed and pay for a project.
If you need the details again at this point, let me know
Reserving simply is letting me know you are interested. You as an artist are under NO OBLIGATION to continue with a piece you reserved for. If I contact you saying I am ready to pay you and you aren't due to whatever reason, you may back out and let the slot reopen or I will wait for you if you truly are interested in the project.
When payment begins, RESERVED will switch to IN PROGRESS. At this point, I will expect a finished piece or a refund of my money.
So anybody want to help my ideas become nice visuals? Leave a comment, note or e-mail.
