That's right. My silence has gotten worse as well as my isolation. People in my life locally have moved on. So I made a vow to myself to focus on me this year. I give so much to everyone that I often forget myself.
You may have noticed, writing has stopped.
Commissions have not been bought.
Gifts have not been given.
I have no money is the reason why.
Why no money? Because I bought a plane ticket for the whole summer and I still need to buy a plane ticket back and since I run off SSI with no job it means I need to watch everything I spend, like food and things I need, along with bills.
Writing has not entirely stopped.
I have picked up my novel I started back in 1995.
Yes Jacky, I'm taking your advice and working on Aiyana. 
June 30th is my flight. No specified return date yet but it's estimated to be around the last week of august. I'm waiting on
to also buy her return ticket. 
She will be escorting me back.

Last year, Sar
and Carla Had this idea that I could stay in puerto rico and from there Carla asked her mom could I stay and when a "yes" came. Sar, Carla and I started to plan. 
We pulled in Sar's long time friend and DM, Omar Mora-Rivera who lives in the Washington DC area which i not too far from me and he and I bought tickets to puerto rico back in April. Omar will be with us all for 2 weeks. 
So I'll be staying with Carla for two months and hanging out with my bestest friend Sar! We have a group of about a dozen people. So I plan to see them all before I go back home. I will take as many pictures as I can.
No more lonliness or isolation. This summer is a dream come true, and it's right after my birthday too!
So forgive me all my friends who I usually dote on with gifts, company and love. All my money has been invested in this trip since January.
But I remember your birthdays, each one of you will be thought of and called on the phone if you wish it.
